mens sana in corpore sano

"We breathe in and our hands shoot toward the sky to receive life-force from the Cosmos. On a breath out, our bodies become a channel as we fold forward and this energy is transferred down to the Earth. Our next inhale brings us to our knees while hands come together in blessed thankfulness. As the breath goes out, we spontaneously bow to our true nature and take air in to once again come to our knees in sheer praise. Coming in contact with our roots as the air leaves our bodies, we then move through another swift transition. Filled with joy, we breath out and fold to receive life-force from Mother Earth. Finally, we breathe in deeply and take our hands up toward the sky to offer the energy back to the Cosmos and complete the cycle, as we exhale one last time, grateful, with hands to heart center."
