Peace beyond words: a practical exploration into the roots of yoganidrā

As a unique systemization of various techniques from different traditions, yoganidrā de-stresses the body, restructures the subconscious, and promotes optimal health.

As a profoundly transforming spiritual outcome, it is the blossoming potential contained in the present moment, accessible through the body’s effortless movement toward sleep. It is about utter absorption into essence—yoga—via profound, conscious relaxation—nidra.

Yoganidrā is becoming increasingly popular as more and more people are looking for alternative ways to deal with the chaos brought about by modern living.

We’ve all heard about the origins of the term yoganidrā in trainings and workshops, but how many of us have actually experienced the ancient practices that arguably inspired the modern versions of this deep meditative masterpiece?

You’re invited to an hour of practical exploration into the roots of yoganidrā

From kriya, pranayama, mudra, and mantra to pratyahara and nyasa, a heartfelt journey of initiation into the aliveness in and as which every-thing under the sun emerges, unfolds, and fades away.
